In general, URAL EMS employees are forbidden from viewing the content of the data you import into your URAL EMS or its service account. However, in case you request our help to resolve your support issues relating to that data, and only after receiving your permission, URAL’s authorized employee(s) may access the relevant data under strictest supervision.

We collect information primarily to deliver better services to all of our clients. It includes the details you provide us on our websites such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, service ID, password and payment card information. We may also obtain information from other sources and combine that with information we collect on our website.

If you request us in writing to remove your personal data we shall respond to that within 30 business days.

URAL EMS and its service(s) will retain personal data processed on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to provide services to our Client. URAL EMS will retain and use this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreement

URAL EMS takes reasonable steps to help protect your personal information in an effort to prevent loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. It is your responsibility to protect your usernames and passwords to help prevent anyone from accessing or abusing your accounts and services. You should not use or reuse the same passwords you use with other accounts as your password for our services.

Information Subjected to Bangladesh Law

URAL EMS operates and is located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Any information that you provide and that this Site collects may be stored on servers that are outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction, and the privacy laws that apply may not be as protective as those in your home jurisdiction. If you are located outside of the Bangladesh and choose to provide information to us, Bangladesh transfers personal information to other countries and processes it there. By using this website, you consent to this transfer and processing of data.

Your Information Choices and Changes

You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from URAL EMS by following the instructions in those emails.
